The AT testing machine was designed for the quick, precise and reliable testing of transformers and other winding components within a production or component processing area.
It is a tool that can be built and used in a variety of ways and provides more than 40 different testing procedures, which are constantly extended. The machine can manage an average of 10 tests per second. Each individual test is independent of all the others.
Special tests:
- Inductivity(series connection and parallel connection)
- Leakage inductivity
- Capacity between windings
- High voltage test (AC) up to 8KV
- High voltage impulse winding test
Results:
- It is possible to print out results directly from the AT testing machine
- The results are saved by the server programme
- The results can be easily exported to other Windows programmes for analysis

Network transformers:
- CTY – connection testing
- R – correct wire strength, connections status
- (TR – turns ratio and phasing)
- MAGI – magnetising current ( core material)
- VOC – open circuit voltage

Toroidal transformers:

When selecting the correct connection technology and the right adaptor, all the tests can be carried out with "real" 4-connections measurement technology. This encompasses all the line resistances, capacities, inductivities, and the connection pin of the component.
